two bedroom cottage, less than a mile from the beach and town.
Located on a private setting on Payne Rd. The cottage includes
a fully equiped kitchen and a bath on the first floor.The
second floor hosts two bedrooms, one with a full size bed,
the other with two single beds and a pull out sofa. The living
room offers the normal furniture and a satellite TV/VCR. Off
the living room is a deck, with appropriate furniture. Outside
in the yard is a picnic table, BBQ grill and outdoor furniture.
